Intero chiropractic has been a life saver 3 months ago I was in extreme pain in my right foot and knee. I went to several drs who all were saying I had arthritis or just couldn't tell me what was going on . The first time in office the whole team was kind and welcoming explaining every step as soon as I came into Intero chiropractic they took an xray and showed me my spine and L4-L5 were causing the pain and swelling . They came up with a 3 month plan and by the 2nd month I could walk in no pain and now almost 5 months later I am in almost no pain they were truly a miracle to find and worth every penny. 3/29/2024 This business operates in a deceptive manner. They initially advertise a $150 fee, which is said to cover X-rays and the first adjustment. However, after your first visit (ONLY X-RAYS FOR 2 HOURS LONG), they attempt to push a plan costing over $4,000 for further treatments and DO NOT ADJUST YOU. This approach IS VERY misleading and a HUGE waste of time and money. All of their reviews and videos are paid for!!! Mo A.

Any chiro that requires X-rays and has plans to choose from is not where you want to go.
Spent $100+ just on the first consult with X-rays, then they tried to sign me up for a $3,000 adjustment plan.
I said no and got 1 visit, $90!!
The doctor walked in, had the wrong X-rays up, fixed it, asked where my pain was, did 2-3 "adjustments" if you even want to call it that, and then left!
I paid NINETY DOLLARS for a 5 MINUTE appointment.
Absolute sham.
Farming people in non-stop, the waiting room had so many people. Disgusting practice.
I went to an actual credible practice, Milus Chiropractic, now Merro Health in Pleasanton.
They told me immediately it's very easy for these places to have you stand/tilt in just the right way to make your X-rays look like you have a huge problem!
Merro Health listens, they feel your spine by hand, can tell you by sight & feel what's wrong with you. Adjust you, do cupping, massaging, ice, etc.
Less costly for a FULL, PROPER, 30 minute appointment.
No "plans", no gimmicks.

4/25/2024 - I first saw Intero as I was scrolling through Instagram. I was hopeful that this chiropractic office could fix my nagging neck pain. I made an appointment with the Pleasanton Office which for me is a 45-minute drive. I went to my appointment only to find out that it was only a consultation and X-rays for $150.00 This made me extremely disappointed because I was in need of an adjustment. I agreed to another appointment the following Monday but after reading a bunch of negative reviews I will not be attending that appointment. I am not the person to make $3200 off of because i do not have it to squander. I should've known better than to be fooled by social media but as I mentioned before I was hopeful. It's very disheartening that many chiropractic offices only care about making money rather than genuinely helping people. Animal L.
6/26/2024 Saw the ad on Facebook and booked an appointment but when I got there , I was told that it's a consultation only for me and my wife. Prices and packages were never disclosed upfront and at the end of the consultation, after X-ray and some test, we were told that price which somewhere of $300 per week for 1 time and $600 per week for 2 sessions per week. 5/30/2024 Great service. The staff is amiable and helpful. Office facilities are updated and they provide drinks and snacks for patients. Dr. Michael Chang was my assigned chiropractor and he is very professional and attentive to patient concerns. He is knowledgeable and provided suggestions for relieving my back pain. vivian l.
