How long are the health workshops?

A: We’ll come to your office or group meeting place during your employees’ normal lunch hour with boxed lunches for all who have signed up (5 person minimum). While they're enjoying the healthy lunch that we provide, we'll present them with actionable content to empower them to help create a healthy workplace.

Our talk is only about 10 minutes long, but we'll stay to answer questions. The entire event will last just under an hour.

How much do you charge for a workshop?

A: There's no charge for our health workshops! They are completely free to you and your guests, no strings attached. We even provide a free lunch!

What's the catch? After all, there's no such thing as a free lunch, right?

A: There’s no catch. We simply want to provide you with as much value as possible. We also know that this gives our chiropractic office a chance to share knowledge about the fundamental building blocks of health. The more people we can share our message with, the better.
